1. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in MYR and include applicable taxes.

• Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

• Orders cannot be changed once processed, so please double-check before confirming.

2. Preparation, Shipping & Delivery

• For online orders, treats are packed in 50g portions for freshness.

• Air-dried treats take longer to prepare, as they are freshly made — please allow extra time for your order to be ready.

• We’ll do our best to ship orders within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• Once your order is handed over to the courier, delivery is beyond our direct control, but we’ll always help track if needed.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of pet food, we are unable to accept returns once products are delivered.

• If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos, and we’ll make it right.

4. Product Care & Information

• We work hard to keep our treats safe, fresh, and made with love.

• Please store treats in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness and prevent damage.

• Check the treatos's condition before feeding to ensure they’re safe and suitable for your pet. Every pet is unique, so introduce new treats gradually.

• Any changes will be effective once published on our site.
