Glooo began with Qiuqiu, our little Pomeranian. She was once a happy eater, but as she grew older and fell sick, she became picky with her food. In our search to make her excited about mealtimes again, we started making our own treats — fresh, simple, and made with love. That’s how our journey began. Even though Qiuqiu has since crossed the rainbow bridge, her spirit lives on in Glooo. You’ll even find her as one of our mascots, reminding us every day why we started. After Qiuqiu, our cat Tehbing became the first taste tester for Glooo’s treats, and now Guinness, our new little Pom, continues the legacy as our chief snacker. Together, they inspire us to keep making food that brings joy back to every tummy.

Qiuqiu was our little Pom princess — gentle at home but quick to bark whenever strangers came by, always protecting her castle. She loved road trips to Kuala Lumpur, riding along as if the journey was made just for her. And whenever food was around, she’d fix us with her signature stare, silently demanding a share. She may not be with us anymore, but she will always be our no.1 baby princess — and the reason, the heart, and the core value behind how we started Glooo.
Tehbing is our shy but sweet British Shorthair — cautious with strangers but endlessly loving with family. He was meant to be our “store supervisor,” but just like any boss who prefers working from home, he decided the shop wasn’t for him. Instead, he lounges at home, waiting for snacks to be delivered. Despite Guinness constantly snatching his toys and food, Tehbing never complains, always choosing kindness. Once, he even got so startled at the store that he accidentally hurt Mama — yet every night, Mama still cuddles him close. That’s Tehbing: gentle, sweet, and forever our home’s quiet heart.
Guinness is our tiny ball of energy — quick to bark at strangers, yet secretly curious. She’ll sniff around customers but won’t easily let anyone pet her, and sometimes waits by their feet hoping for a treat. With people she knows, she gets so excited she might even pee from joy 🥹. In the store, she loves making little messes until Mama bribes her with a duck gizzard. She’s still shy with other doggies, but she’s slowly learning to make new friends — one wag at a time!
