1. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in MYR and include applicable taxes.
Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.
Orders cannot be changed once processed, so please double-check before confirming.
2. Preparation, Shipping & Delivery
For online orders, treats are packed in 50g portions for freshness.
Air-dried treats take longer to prepare, as they are freshly made — please allow extra time for your order to be ready.
We’ll do our best to ship orders within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, delivery is beyond our direct control, but we’ll always help track if needed.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of pet food, we are unable to accept returns once products are delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos, and we’ll make it right.
4. Product Care & Information
We work hard to keep our treats safe, fresh, and made with love.
Please store treats in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness and prevent damage.
Check the treatos's condition before feeding to ensure they’re safe and suitable for your pet. Every pet is unique, so introduce new treats gradually.
